A private person, and the municipality of Värmdö, have reported Johan Jakobsson for having built a wooden deck on his plot of land near a nature reserve without permission.
– A private person has filed a police report and it is connected to the bridge and this politician. The investigation has gone from Noa to the Police in the Stockholm Region, says Per-Erik Lindbäck, police officer at Noa.
– A preliminary investigation has been launched into unauthorized environmental activities based on this private person’s report. (Unauthorized environmental activity is) a collective name for several crimes.
Is Johan Jakobsson informed of suspicion?
– No, not at all, absolutely not, it’s the collection stage to bring in material so that a prosecutor can later assess what will happen, says Per-Erik Lindbäck, police officer at Noa.
