The electoral authority expects that there will be a preliminary result for the parliamentary election on Wednesday evening, reports SVT Nyheter.
The late early votes are believed to be more than at the last election and the authority has therefore previously believed that the result could be delayed until Thursday.
The final election result is determined by the Electoral Authority one week after the election and after two weeks by the county administrative board. It is only when the final election results come that it becomes clear which parties are included in the “other parties” category.
