The difference in age and development between the boy and the woman was so great when they had sex this summer that she cannot go away from responsibility, says Hässleholm District Court.
She is convicted of sexual exploitation of children, reports northern Skåne. Prison is in the scale of punishment, but with reference to the woman’s personal circumstances and the circumstances in general, she is sentenced to guardianship.
The woman was 20 this summer when she had sex with the boy who was 14 years old on several occasions. He stated during the trial that it did not happen against his will and that they are still a couple.
