(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Pradathe Italian luxury group listed in Hong Kong, has announced the appointment of Frances Secondary in the role of Group General Counsel and Chief Legal Officereffective May 2023. Francesca Secondari is entrusted with the responsibility of the Legal Department, Corporate Affairs and Group Compliance.
Francesca Secondari was trained at the BonelliErede Law Firm, of which she became a partner in 2019 and where she also carried out business development activities in Africa and the Middle East. She has gained a solid experience in corporate finance transactions, M&A and corporate governance with an ESG focus. Throughout his career, he has also worked on major deals in the luxury sector, gaining in-depth knowledge of the industry and various markets.
