Parts of the city of Ternopil in western Ukraine are without power after a Russian drone attack on Tuesday night, according to the city’s mayor, Serhij Nadal.

An energy plant is said to have been hit in the attack, he states, adding that repair work is underway. There are no reports of injured people.

“Fill up with water and charge your phones,” writes the mayor on Telegram during the night.
