(Tiper Stock Exchange) – The price of electricity on the Power Exchange fallsin the week from Monday 2 January to Sunday 8 January 2023. The average purchase price of electricity (PUN) fell, in fact, to 180.35 euro/MWh down by 7.1% compared to that of the previous week.
This is what emerges from the usual weekly data published by the Electricity Markets Manager (GME), the company responsible in Italy for the organization and management of the electricity market.
Again according to the surveys, i volumes exchange-traded electricity prices stand at 3.4 million MWh while the liquid assets of the market goes to 73.1%.
The average selling prices varied between 179.79 euro/MWh in the North and 180.298 euro/MWh in the Centre-South and Sardinia.
