Postnord does not live up to the requirements. This is the opinion of Post and the telecommunications board PTS after a review which was prompted by more complaints than usual since June this year.
Around 180 complaints from all over the country have been received compared to around 50 in the corresponding period last year. It’s about missing or very late mail and PTS takes a serious view that it doesn’t work.
By January 20 at the latest, Postnord must submit a risk analysis and an action plan to deal with the problems.
