The Swedish Post and Telecommunications Authority, PTS, is now starting an audit of Postnord after complaints were received to the authority this summer that recipients had not received any mail or that the distribution had been delayed.
According to PTS, the complaints have been received from all over the country. The authority must now investigate whether Postnord has fulfilled its obligations according to current regulations on reliability.
According to a press release, PTS has sent four questions that Postnord must answer by September 9 at the latest.
