– I hope that DO will find that it is discrimination and that it means a disadvantage to people with disabilities or older. And that it means that Postnord ahead has an obligation when making such solutions to take into account whether it can mean discrimination or disadvantageous.

She notes that Postnord has every right not to deliver mail to the house while a trunk change is underway. But she emphasizes that there had been better solutions.
– There had been the opportunity to leave at a regular shop delivery point, but also have a postal delivery once a week to an adjoining room, says Anna Quarnström.
