(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Port Aviation Group it’s from today listed on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), the Borsa Italiana market dedicated to SMEs with high growth potential. It is an innovative SME active in the aeronautical sector and in the design, construction and production of single-engine aircraft and propellers, covering all phases of the production process. The company, established in 1994, produces single-engine ultralight aircraft and provides the following services to customers: the sale of aircraft and propellers and the maintenance and optimization of aircraft.
“We are satisfied with the quotation and now a new challenge beginsas well as a great opportunity to strengthen the direction of growth and development that we have set ourselves”, the CEO told Finance Alberto Rodolfo Portoon the sidelines of the listing ceremony at Palazzo Mezzanotte.
“The course went well, even if we wish we had a better quote – he added – But all in all, that’s okay”.
During the placement phase, Porto Aviation Group raised 1.6 million euros. The free float at the time of admission is 15.16% and the market capitalization at the IPO is €10.1 million. “The fundraising went well and the company is liquid – said Porto – Listing on the stock exchange meant for us to be present for future developments“.
Porto Aviation Group represents the twentieth admission since the beginning of the year on EGM, bringing the number of companies currently listed on the segment to 199. This is the forty-first listing of 2023 on Euronext.
As for the future, the entrepreneur highlighted that “we will definitely double our turnover year by year” and “the 2024 will be the year in which we will present other innovations and we’re going to reinforce growth, so I see that as a positive.”
