In the past 24 hours, North Korea has fired at least 23 robots, and one of them is said to have crashed near South Korean waters. A provocation described as unusually extensive. The launches came just hours after Pyongyang demanded that the US and South Korea stop the large-scale joint military exercises underway in South Korea.
