(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Standard Ethics issued the Corporate Standard Ethics Rating (SER) “E-“ to Porsche, a German company that globally manufactures and markets sports cars, SUVs and other types of passenger cars. This is the second notch out of nine (in the “Very Low” range) on the scale used by the London-based independent rating agency focused on sustainability.
“Consider the interlocutions with the authorities for some controversial events which concerned the German company and taking into account the methodology and the attention that Standard Ethics pays to any control in the field of risk management, protection of minority shareholders, the market and fair competition, it should be noted large margins for improvement“, reads a note.
In parallel, Standard Ethics analysts state that “any implementation in the qualitative and quantitative composition of the Supervisory Board (also in relation to the gender gap) as well as greater alignment of the Code of Ethics with international guidelines on sustainability (UN, OECD, EU)”.
