Bringing the Touring badge, the Porsche Carrera T will be on the asphalt with a character that does not compromise on performance.
Porsche, which is in our close frame especially with the GT and Sully projects this year, brings a new breath to the 911 family with the Carrera T, which it has included in its product range. Taking the letter “T” from the word “touring”, the light sports model promises a simple driving experience with its sporty equipment. It is also important that the vehicle, which has a 7-speed manual gearbox as standard, can also be purchased with an optional 8-speed PDK transmission. The sports suspension of the new Carrera T, which has been lowered by 10 mm, is not missing from the top on the driving experience side.
Porsche Carrera T technical specifications
Positioned between the 911 Carrera and the 911 Carrera S, the twin-turbo powered machine offers 385 PS power and 450 Nm torque. The vehicle is within the limits of reaching 0-100 in 4.5 seconds in these dynamics. The maximum speed that can be reached is limited to 291 km / h. At this point, it is noteworthy that the vehicle has a total weight of 1,470 kilograms. It is also worth noting that the T, launched as the lightest 911 series with an entry-level engine, is 35 kg lighter than the 911 Carrera with the standard eight-speed PDK. The Carrera T can also be ordered on request with the optional rear axle steering function normally found on Carrera S and above models.
