(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Banca Popolare di Sondrio presented the list of five names for the shareholders’ meeting on April 30th, which has on the agenda the appointment of five directors who will see their mandate expire out of a total of 15 for the next three years.
He is among the candidates of the outgoing Board of Directors reconfirmed the president Francesco Venosta. There are two new entrants, Anna Doro and Nicola Cordone, both independent who “will be able to ensure profound skills and knowledge in extremely topical areas such as corporate governance and knowledge of technologies in the evolution of the banking and payments sectors”, explains the bank in a note.
The other current directors, reappointed on the list, are Federico Falck and Serenella Rossi.
