Poll: Harris beats Trump | News in brief

Vice president Terrible Harris led by an ex-president Donald Trump in a recent opinion poll by news agency Reuters and market research company Ipsos.

According to a poll conducted on Monday and Tuesday, 44 percent of Americans would vote for Harris as president, and Trump would get 42 percent of the vote. The poll’s margin of error is three percentage points.

Harris has not been officially confirmed as the Democratic presidential candidate.
