European countries have a debate on the large -scale seizure of oil tankers belonging to Russia in the Baltic Sea, says the American news site Politico.
Preparations are reported to be legislation that would support the endeavor. It bases its information on sources of diplomatic and civil servants.
According to Politico, it has been the case that ships could be taken over by international or pirate reasons under international law.
