Politicians want a solution for Utrechts old paper company

D66 councilor Joost Vasters emphasizes that in principle the municipality is not responsible for the accommodation of the company. “This has been going on for a long time, but it’s not like the municipality did anything wrong, because there was a ten-year contract, so they knew they had to get out for a long time.” D66 does recognize the importance of this company for the municipality. “Given this importance, we would like to ask the college to make every effort to find a new location.”
