Katowice Airport, located in the south of Poland, was the scene of an operation worthy of a movie. Turkish citizen named Mehmet A. (37), who stabbed the person with whom he had an argument in Berlin, the capital of Germany, in many places and caused his death, fled to Poland at night.
BORDER PROTECTION TEAM CAUGHT ON THE PLANE
The suspect, who bought a ticket for the scheduled flight that was preparing to make the Katowice-Antalya flight to Turkey in the morning, managed to board the plane without any problems after there was no search warrant against him. Called by Germany, the Polish Border Protection was informed that Mehmet A. was wanted on suspicion of murder and that a European arrest warrant had been issued for him.
