BAARN – President Gerrit van de Kamp of the police union ACP is stepping down from his position. “The past period has been such a strain on him mentally and physically that he has decided to relinquish his position as ACP chairman,” the union reports. Van de Kamp recently had to stop working after reports of transgressive behaviour. He was allowed to resume work last month after an investigation by an external agency.
