Brantford Police have asked to help identify the suspect in an armed robbery Thursday morning in Brantford.

Officers responded at about 6:40 am on Thursday, January 11, 2024, to a commercial business on Colborne Street West near Oak Street.

Police say the suspect entered the business brandishing a knife in a threatening manner, and demanded cash from the employee before fleeing on foot.
The Brantford Police K-9 unit was brought in to help search for the suspect who is described as a while male in his 30s, wearing a black hoody, blue pants, black gloves with gray stripes, and a black mask covering his face.
