Oxford OPP are investigating after a man approached two youths in Ingersoll and asked one of them to follow him to a restaurant.
The man was standing near an older-model white van with curtains. He was in the area of Thames and Bell streets in the Oxford County town at about 3:30 pm Thursday, police say
The man is described as in his 40s, with blond shoulder-length hair and sideburns. He was wearing a black bandana that covered his face, sunglasses, a black hat, leather jacket and dark jeans.
