Police investigate Wallaceburg break in

On Saturday, Chatham-Kent police officers were dispatched to a business on Baldoon Road in Wallaceburg in response to a break and enter.

Sometime over the past week, someone forcibly entered a garage, taking a concrete cutter and other items valued at $1,800, police said.

Executed warrants

A 41-year-old Wallaceburg woman was located on James Street on Saturday.

Police said she was wanted on a warrant for allegedly failing to comply with her release conditions. She was arrested and later released with a short date.

Also on Saturday, a 38-year-old Chatham woman was located on Wellington Street West. Police said she was wanted for allegedly failing to attend court. She was later released with a short date.
