According to the arrest warrant, the crime of aggravated bribery was committed at an address where there is a company that has an activity connected to the police’s duties. Both crimes must have taken place during 2021 until November of this year.
Detained with restrictions
The case is handled by a chief prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor’s Chamber, which deals with crimes committed by, among other things, police officers.
