According to the police, fireworks have become increasingly heavier and therefore more dangerous in recent decades. Criminals are increasingly using cobras as explosives in homes, presumably to put people under pressure, as happened in Amersfoort in recent weeks. Earlier there were also attacks in Vianen, Vleuterweide and IJsselstein.
