At 15.45 on Saturday, the police received an alert about a traffic accident on Lidingövägen in Stockholm. The reason was that a police car, while advancing, skidded and ran into the vehicle in front.
– I have no detailed knowledge of the exact course of events, but an investigation will later show that, says police spokesperson Susanna Rinaldo.

Four slightly injured
Several cars were involved in the collision, which greatly affected the traffic situation.
Rescuers and emergency services were called to the scene.
A total of four people, including a policeman, were slightly injured. One of these has been taken to hospital.
From 4:30 p.m., traffic will resume as usual.
