A Six Nations man has been charged with several impaired driving related charges.
Brant OPP were called at about 3:40 am on Saturday, March 11 regarding a vehicle parked on McBay Road with an unresponsive driver.
Officers took the driver into custody and transported him to the Brantford Police station for testing.
The 52-year-old accused is charged with operation while impaired; failure or refusal to comply with request; pertain while prohibited; and drive motor vehicle – not equipped with ignition interlock device.

A 39-year-old Brant County woman has been charged with impaired driving.
Brant OPP officers responded to a call about a suspected impaired driver in the village of Glen Morris just after 11 am on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
The vehicle was located, and the driver taken into custody for testing at the Brantford Police station.
