Utrecht – The police have arrested a second suspect after an incident on November 12 at the Feyenoord players’ bus. That evening, the youth team of the Rotterdam club played against FC Utrecht under 14 at the Zoudenbalch sports complex. During that match, an explosive device went off in the parking lot where the bus was located.
