Poland signed an agreement on Tuesday to buy 96 Apache helicopters from the United States as part of efforts to strengthen Polish defense capabilities.
This was said by the country’s Minister of Defense Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference at the Inowroclaw Air Base where the helicopters will be based.
– This is a milestone in the work to change and equip our defense, said Kosiniak-Kamysz.
