Is hatching day with Azurill worth it?

How strong is Azurill? Azurill isn’t particularly strong himself. However, it can be further developed via Marill into Azumarill, which can hold its own in the GO Battle League. The fairy and water Pokémon secured a solid 42nd place in the Super League with a moveset consisting of Bubbler, Ice Beam and Cuddler (via pvpoke.com).

This makes it a monster that can definitely enrich your team. However, in the other leagues and in raids, Azurill and its further developments do not play a role.

Is there Shiny Azurill? Yes, with a bit of luck you can get Azurill as Shiny. During the event, the chances are even slightly better. You can recognize it by its green body.

Who should use the event? In principle, Azurill could be of interest to all trainers who want to secure Azumarill for the GO battle league or who still need a copy for their collection. And shiny hunters also get their money’s worth at the event.

However, Marill in particular has been able to be caught several times in the game in the past, which could make Azurill’s developments uninteresting in the event for long-time players.

However, if you walk a lot or use several incubators, you can also benefit from the stardust and candies bonus on this day. This applies not only to Azurill, but to hatching all eggs.

How do you like the hatching day content with Azurill? Will you catch the monster that day? Or were you hoping for another monster? Please let us know in the comments.

There’s a lot coming up in Pokémon GO in the coming weeks. We’ll show you all the events in October and which ones are worth it.
