Which event is it about? This year, the GO Fest was particularly celebrated and, in addition to a global opening weekend, also included three live events, such as the GO Fest in Berlin. Now it should be rounded off with a final event.
As with the GO Fest in June, you can participate from anywhere in the world. Of course there will be plenty of spawns and bonuses again. However, these differ between playing without or with an event ticket. We have summarized the content you can expect specifically below.
The closing event for the GO Fest 2022 – Start & Ticket
When is the closing event? The final event of GO Fest 2022 will take place on August 27, 2022 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time. In principle, anyone can take part, whether with or without a ticket. Only the content differs accordingly.
Where can you get a ticket? If you bought a ticket for the global GO Fest in June, you already have access to the final event with you. For trainers where this is not the case, a ticket can be purchased in the in-game shop.
You can find this under the category “Worldwide Events” for a price of just under 11.00 euros. However, this can vary depending on the provider.
Can the ticket also be given away? Yes, you can also give the ticket to up to 3 friends at a reduced price of 5.49 euros if you have at least reached Super Friends status. However, you must have purchased a corresponding ticket yourself in advance.

All Spawns & Shinys for the final event
As you already know from the other events related to the GO Fest, there will also be different habitats for the finale, where you can meet numerous monsters. Each of these habitats runs for 2 hours and brings you changing spawns in the wilderness and in the raids.
Ticket holders can also look forward to special Pokémon from the smoke during these times. In addition, you can also meet one or the other dazzling specimen.

New Ultra Beasts:
So now, for the first time, all trainers have the opportunity to grab these ultra beasts. They will also all be able to be caught with a so-called Ultraball. This was also previously only available during the live events in the game. For the first time, all trainers can get hold of the new Ultra Beasts
And Pikachu has also dressed up for the GO Fest finale. So you can find the Electric Pokémon all day with a special Shaymin Scarf. With a bit of luck, you might even encounter a Shiny.

However, according to current information, Pikachu remains the only costumed Pokémon on this day. However, the trainers are sad about this because they preferred to have asked for a different costume. Trainers in Pokémon GO are sad – Niantic brings the “wrong” costume Pokémon to the finale

And two other monsters can also be caught in their dazzling form for the first time during the final event: Unown N and Unown X. However, these are only reserved for ticket holders and therefore spawn exclusively in the smoke.
