When does the raid day start? The raid day with Damythir runs today from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This event is part of the current season Timeless Journeys.

What kind of event is this? During a raid day, the Pokémon that is in the foreground appears almost exclusively in raids. You will find Damythir in 3* raids.

Damythir is making its debut in Pokémon GO during this event. It hasn’t been seen in the game yet. It is not known whether and how Damythir will be available in Pokémon GO after the event.

You can also encounter Damythir in his shiny form on this raid day. So if you’re up for it, you should use the raid day to add this shiny to your collection.

How does the raid day work?

What should I use against Damythir? Damythir has the Normal-Psycho type combination. This means you should use the Beetle and Dark types when you go into battle against Damythir.

What bonuses are available during the event? During the event, the following bonuses will be active in the game:

  • Increased chance of encountering Damythir in his shiny form
  • Up to 5 additional Raid Passes by rotating arenas (this bonus lasts until 2 hours after the event)
  • the limit for remote raid passes is increased to 10 (this bonus lasts until 7:00 p.m. and has already been running since yesterday 4:00 p.m.)

    • To benefit from the additional raid passes, you always have to use up one before you can get the next one. So, for example, you can go to an arena, complete the Damythir raid, then turn the arena dial to get the raid pass and then go to the next arena.

    You can repeat this process until you have used up all 5 free raid passes.
