Which Pokemon is it? As early as September, Niantic itself teased the release of the new ultra beast Schlingking for November with a video. Now the time has finally come and you can secure the monster in the game from November 08, 2022.
But how strong will Schlingking get and where can you secure it then? We have dealt with these questions and summarized the answers for you below.

What is an Ultra Beast?
An Ultra Beast is a so-called mysterious monster from another dimension that enters the world of Pokémon GO with the help of Ultra Gates.

What kind of Pokemon is Grawler? Like Anego, Schabelle and Masskito, Schlingking is one of the ultra beasts from the 7th generation of games. The Dark and Dragon Pokémon do not have any pre-development or further development.
You can recognize the monster by its large black body and its huge mouth. This glows bluish on the inside and is surrounded by yellow, pointed teeth on the outside. With the help of its two long gripping arms, it can stuff everything in its mouth that comes its way.

What values does Schlingking have? According to current information, Schlingking can benefit above all from enormous endurance. His attack value, on the other hand, is only average and his defense is even rather poor. So it probably uses the following values (via gamepress.gg):
What attacks does Schlingking use? Nothing official is known about the future movesets of the new Ultra Beast at this point in time. The Pokéminers, a group of dataminers, have now found the first clues about Schlingking’s attacks in the source code of Pokémon GO, which they shared on their Twitter account.
According to this, Schlingking should be able to resort to the following attacks in the future (via twitter.com):
Thus Schlingking would have two strong instant attacks that do good damage to the opponent. Dragon Claw and Crunch also charge quickly.
However, these data are only leaks and therefore not official information. The attacks can change accordingly until the release of Schlingking. If there is any new information on this, we will add it to this article.
So you get Schlingking – Location & Shiny
Where can you find Schlingking? Like the Ultra Beasts before him, Gling King will be found in the level 5 raids. There you can fight against the monster in the period from November 08, 2022 at 10:00 local time to November 23, 2022 at 10:00 local time.
Will there be Shiny Gling King? No! Glingking cannot be caught in-game in his dazzling form for now. If it does one day, you’ll recognize it by its white body and orange teeth.
Is Schlingking worth it?
Unlike other Ultra Beasts like Anego or Katagami, Schlingking is unlikely to rank among the best attackers in Pokémon GO. In raids you should therefore prefer to use stronger candidates.
And even shiny hunters won’t get their money’s worth with this monster for the time being. However, due to its attacks, it could be useful for use in the GO Battle League. Otherwise Schlingking is mainly interesting for the Pokédex.
