In July 2023, new field research awaits you in Pokémon GO, which will reward you with Pokémon encounters. We at MeinMMO will show you which tasks you can find this month and which monsters and Shinys are hidden behind them.
What is field research? In Pokémon GO you can secure small tasks every day by turning your PokéStops. These are called field research. For solving these quests, the game rewards you with stardust, items or encounters with Pokémon. The monsters from this research in particular are often a little stronger, which sometimes makes them interesting for raids.
With the turn of the month, Niantic has again deposited new field research and rewards in the game. We have summarized below what you can find in July 2023.
All field research in July 2023
What tasks are there? In July there are again a lot of tasks where you can meet Pokémon. As usual, these are completely different and range from throwing, catching, fighting and interacting with friends or the buddy Pokémon. So there will be something for everyone.
In the following graphic we have summarized all tasks according to the respective categories with the help of LeekDuck’s overview. We have marked Pokémon that, with a bit of luck, you can also catch as shiny ones with a corresponding star symbol.
A number of the best attackers in Pokémon GO await you again in July. Look out for monsters like Squeaky, Dratini, Milza, Larvitar, Kaumalat, Tanhel or Magikarp.
Where do you get the research? You can get Field Research by spinning the Photo Disc at the PokéStop. If you have created a quest, you will find it in the field view of your game, which you can access by clicking on the binoculars.
Note that you can collect a maximum of 4 of these tasks including the AR quest. If the slots are all filled, you first have to redeem some or delete a task in order to be able to spin more tasks.
If you redeem at least one of these quests for 7 days, then you can also expect the research breakthrough, which gives you further rewards and an encounter with a monster. Here are the monsters from July’s Research Breakthrough.
How long do you have to solve? You have unlimited time to solve the field research. However, the decisive factor for the reward is the point in time at which you turned the task around.
