What else is happening on Community Day? As soon as the event ends, special level 4 raids will start, which you can only complete on site. There you will meet Rutena.
If you defeat it, more Fynx will appear around the arena for 30 minutes. They bring the same shiny chance as the wild fynx from Community Day. These raids will be available from 17:00 to 22:00.
