At Pokémon GO there was a long-awaited event on Pentecost weekend, from Saturday at 10 a.m. to Sunday at 8 p.m. Players could find Crypto Mewto in Crypto Raids. It should be the biggest challenge in Pokémon GO so far. But on Whit Monday the disappointment of some coaches is great.
What was that for an event?
Bug messes up catch for some trainers
How were the reactions now? As Dotesports reports, there was some excitement and disappointment surrounding the event on social media. Because a bug prevented players from catching a Crypto Mewtwo.
In some cases, Mewtwo’s HP would remain at 1 HP and not move an inch until the timer expired. Players were kicked out of raids as if they had failed and had no choice but to try again.
Niantic acknowledged the issue on May 28 and recommended restarting the app. It is said to have received “various reports” of this ARt.
Many problems are currently depressing the mood in Pokémon GO
How’s the general mood? Aside from technical problems with the Crypto Raids, there are current problems with Pokémon GO, especially in the country, which disturb many players and drive them to give up.
On May 19th, we reported on MeinMMO that Niantic responded to the constant frustration of the players, but that only made things worse. We also had to report that the largest Pokémon GO community has disbanded after 7 years.
On reddit, the frustration about the decision of the last few weeks is increasing:
The mood at Pokémon Go has deteriorated significantly in the last few days, and the big Crypto Mewtwo event apparently couldn’t change that either:
That’s how negative the changes are for Pokémon GO players in the country – players like me
