The last Pokémon GO Fest 2022 starts at the end of August and takes place again around the world. The first content has now been shown in the “Pokémon Presents” stream.
When is the Pokémon GO Fest finals? The big “closing event” of GO Fest 2022 will take place on Saturday, August 27th. It follows the local events in Seattle, Berlin, and Sapporo, but again as a global version.
This means that all trainers with a ticket can participate. The ticket costs $10.99 (approx. 10 – 11 euros). However, if you already had a ticket for the first global GO Fest 2022, you can participate without buying another ticket.
So far it was unclear what would happen at the GO Fest finals in August. Now there is first information.
First bonuses for the GO Fest Finale 2022 revealed
This is in the event: Even if all the details about the event are not yet clear, at least one thing is known now: you will be able to encounter all 4 Ultra Beasts available so far in Pokémon GO.
As revealed by the Pokémon Presents stream, the finale will feature the following monsters:
Thus, for the first time, trainers who could not accommodate travel to the local events can also catch these monsters.
You can find out exactly what ultra beasts are in our overview.
Story continues: It was also explained in the stream that the story about Rhi will be brought to an end by the “Ultra Research Team” and Professor Willow. So we’re likely to find out what happened to the professor.
An image of the Mythical Pokémon Shaymin’s Zenith form was also shown in the stream in conjunction with the GO Fest news.
While it hasn’t been clearly stated that it will be available in the finals, it’s certainly a possibility given that it’s only been available in local events so far.
There should also be special research in the finale, as was the case with the first GO Fest 2022. The first variant brought the “normal” form of Shaymin – it is possible that the zenith form will now also be available for the finale.
More detailed information about the event should be published in the coming weeks, after all, August 27th is not far away. As always, we will keep you up to date as soon as more is known.
