(Finance) – With the publication of the document “Management and Control System, Si.Ge.Co.”And with the conclusion of seven information seminars in which they participated further 600 implementing subjects the activities of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Sustainable Mobility (Mims) for the implementation of the National recovery and resilience plan (Pnrr).
The minister, Enrico Giovanninisigned on Decree on the “Governance“Which regulates the functions and activities of the Mission Unit for the NRP and of the other MIMS administrative responsibility centers. At the same time, the document “Management and Control System for the implementation of the interventions of the Recovery and Resilience Plan under the responsibility of the Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility “, which describes, among other things, the information tools to support and electronic data exchange; the methods of connection between the various parties involved; the procedures for selecting and implementing projects; the processes for the activities of monitoring, reporting and control; the management of financial relations, the transfer of resources and preventive measures irregularities and fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest and duplication of loans with the related recovery procedures.
The document also includes a series of annexes, including the one relating to the “Operating instructions for starting the implementation of PNRR investments under the responsibility of Mims”, to provide useful addresses to the General Management and to the implementing bodies.
The PNRR mission unit has held seven seminars in recent days in which over 600 representatives of the implementing bodies participated. Over the dating the documentation was illustrated, operating instructions provided and the technical assistance portal presented “Capacity Italy“.
