(Finance) – The Ministry of Economy and Finance has established a loan for additional 217.8 million euros of the Non-deferrable works fund (FOI) 2023 for the interventions envisaged by PNRR and from National plan for complementary investments (PNC), in order to face the increase of material costs and allow the start of the procedures for awarding the works in the period between 1 July 2023 and 31 December 2023.
In particular, the decree of the General Accountant of the State n. 175 of 11 July 2023 – already registered by the Central Budget Office and being published in the Official Gazette – pre-assign with the simplified procedure of the FOI the following amounts: 215 million euros for the interventions falling under the PNRR, 2.8 million euros for the interventions of the PNC.
The measure with the list of public works of local authorities financed for the second half of 2023, it is also already available on the MEF website in order to ensure the dissemination of information relating to the resources assigned.
