(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Day of consultations on the national recovery and resilience plan (PNRR) for the business associations convened for today at 12, at the end of the discussion with the trade unions.
“The energy crisis will absorb most of the resources of the next budget maneuver which, however, will not be sufficient to ease the costs that suffocate businesses and households. In this perspective, the Government’s choice to proceed with a revision of the Pnrr to intervene on energy costs find our full support, but we need to put in place an energy policy strategy for the country, diversifying the sources of supply”. This is what the president of Confprofessioni, Gaetano Stella, declared today at the end of the meeting between the minister for European affairs, the south, the of cohesion and Pnrr, Raffaele Fitto, and the social parties which was held at Palazzo Chigi.
“Minister Fitto’s control room with the social partners it represents an important step to deal with contingent emergencies and, at the same time, to give the country a growth perspective, because the primary objective of the Pnrr is to modernize the country, starting with the Public Administration”, said Stella. ” In this perspective, freelance professionals can make a significant contribution to the reform processes connected to the Plan in the context of the justice, the tax authorities and simplifications, the environment and public procurement and the PA itself”.
”We start off on the right foot”. Like this Sergio Ventricellthe Vice President of Confimi Industria with responsibility for Infrastructures speaking at the table. ”We have learned that an initial monitoring of the Pnrr and the Cohesion Fund will be finalized within days, it is in fact essential for us to identify and quantify the objectives to be achieved” he underlined. ”Objectives that we hope will be pursued with the support of small and medium-sized enterprises and not only through tenders designed for large industry,’ he continued.
”Merit, quality and safety are the basis of the Framework Agreement in Public Works. It is good to streamline the bureaucratic procedures which make not only the participation mechanism of the private productive sector cumbersome but above all the respect of the times dictated by the EU’, underlined Ventricelli. “But this does not mean giving rise to the summary realization of works and projects”he added again.
“In light of the profoundly changed context as a result of the energy crisis, it is necessary to update the measures of the Pnnr with an approach that is political, not just technical. We need a single management to start an osmosis that goes beyond the current multiple division of tasks among the various stakeholders, taking into account the central role of the agricultural world”. These are the priorities set out today by the vice president of CIA-Agricoltori Italiani, Gianmichele Passarini, at Palazzo Chigi.
According to Cia, what has happened in recent months with the experience of the tender for agrisolar parksi must be carefully analyzed to make the necessary corrections. As repeatedly underlined, it was not, in fact, useful to anchor the measure to company self-consumption alone, effectively excluding small agricultural enterprises. Cia also recalls that many of these farmers have not contributed, also due to lack of economic resources and therefore hopes for the necessary involvement of public guarantee entities, such as Ismea and Medio Credito Centrale.
Still many unknowns, notes Cia, overlook the other important measure of agri-voltaic parks, where definitive indications and a complete overview are lacking. There is a need for clear governance and a working table between the various associations representing the agricultural and energy world, with the aim of a structural and constructive collaboration.
