(Finance) – The web portal for submitting a request to participate in the second PNRR call for the measure “Installation of charging infrastructures” is now open on the GSE website. This was announced by MASE, explaining that the goal is to support the construction of over 18,000 charging stations for electric vehicles on extra-urban roads and in urban centers by 2025.

The financial resources made available by the calls for tenders amount to €359,943,750 for charging stations to be built on extra-urban roads and €279,344,000 for those to be installed in urban centres.

The 18 thousand new stations planned, in addition to the 3 thousand already awarded with the first Pnrr tender and the over 40 thousand installed, represent a further important step that leads us towards the creation, in our country, of a widespread charging infrastructure network, an essential requirement for building a new mobility in the name of increasingly sustainable development”.
