Utrecht – Anyone who drives too fast or goes through a red light on Franciscusdreef in Utrecht will soon receive a fine. The new speed camera will be switched on from Tuesday 14 November. The municipality of Utrecht, the police and the Public Prosecution Service hope and expect that drivers will adjust their driving behavior as a result and that road safety will improve.
