In Call of Duty Black Ops 6 you can use different blueprints. But you should be careful when making modifications to it, as one player has now found out.
What are blueprints? Blueprints are versions of weapons in which you immediately receive a finished setup of the weapon with expansions and a suitable skin. You can get them through the Battle Pass, the in-game shop or through the campaign.
If you want to reach the maximum level in Black Ops 6, then blueprints can be a good help. Because these are not reset in Prestige mode.
However, you have to be careful when modifying a blueprint. A player has now discovered this and is sharing his amazing insight on social media.
You can see the Citadelle des Morts in the following trailer:
No visor, no chance
What’s the problem? The player took the “Salutations BlackCell” blueprint and removed the weapon’s sights. Instead of aiming via the rear sight and front sight, the use of the weapon has become impossible.
When aiming, the weapon produces small flames that make it impossible to use the weapon effectively. The flames block visibility and make it difficult to target enemies.
You can see exactly what that looks like in his video on Reddit:
The player himself comments on his video with the following words:
“No wonder the blueprints are broken because no one even tries to use or test them. All you have to do is ADD [Aim Down Sights, beschreibt die Nutzung der Zielfunktion, Anmerkung der Redaktion] and you can see the fundamental flaw in this design.”
What does the community say about this? There are some snarky comments under the post. A few of them are as follows:
Speaking of criticism of Black Ops 6: The more often you buy the Battle Pass in the new seasons, the higher an elementary bonus in the game. This implementation is not well received by all players of the game: In CoD BO6 you can level up faster if you spend money – players find this “really disrespectful”
