The chest protector gives you bonuses to all your stats, your maximum health, the damage on your next attack after stealth begins, and resource generation. On top of that, you get +1 to all passive stats.

Player crafts Mythic Unique with 4 GA

What do you need to craft the Mythic? In order to specifically craft certain Mythic Uniques – like the Shroud of False Death – you not only need Magnificent Sparks, but also certain runes. The runes are part of the first expansion for Diablo 4, Vessel of Hatred.
This means that players who only have the base game cannot create a targeted mythic. With two Magnificent Sparks and 50,000,000 gold, you only have the opportunity to craft a random Mythic Unique from the Blacksmith.
