Player builds a “ridiculous” weapon that is supposed to shake up the meta in Warzone

What weapon is it about? In his YouTube video on January 8th, streamer and content creator “Swagg” talks about the MTZ-762 battle rifle in Call of Duty: Warzone. He saw the weapon on a few streamers, but hadn’t even noticed it until then. So he created a build and says: This weapon is “absolutely ridiculous”.

“Swagg” is a content creator for FaZe and was one of the biggest Warzone streamers on Twitch in 2022. He last streamed there on September 1, 2022. He currently streams mainly on YouTube, where he has over 3 million subscribers. He also regularly posts weapon builds on YouTube.

How does he build the MTZ-762? “Swagg” presents the following build and attachments in his video:

  • Barrel: MTZ-Precision Blackthorn barrel
  • Sight: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x
  • Stock: EXF Melee Assault Stock
  • Magazine: 30-round magazine
  • Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire silencer

    • What makes the weapon so good? In his opinion, the MTZ-762 dominates Warzone matches, although quads, i.e. Warzone rounds with groups of four, are a bit difficult to complete because the rifle only has a 30-round magazine. In his video, “Swaggs” calls the build overall “too easy to use.”

    “Swaggs” weapon build of the MTZ-762 offers good recoil control with the stock, the barrel also increases range and damage. The sight with 2.5x magnification offers precision over a longer distance, while only slightly affecting mobility. The silencer also increases precision.

    The battle rifle could become the meta in Warzone, especially if the MTZ Interceptor, which is currently one of the best weapons according to the Warzone Loadout Community, is to be nerfed in the coming days according to Raven Software, the developer of Warzone (source: X.com).
