How does co-op work in Wild Hearts? To start the co-op mode in the game, you have 2 different options:
How does the campfire work? When you warm up around the campfire, you will see the option to play online. Then you can either search for sessions or create your own.
When you create your own session, you can set up specific session tags, such as specifying which Kemono you want to hunt or specifying your playstyle.
It is also important to set a password if you do not want anyone else to have access to your session. Alternatively, you can select the “Friends only” option under “Search for destination”.
As soon as you have created the session, you can use your friends list to invite the people you want to join your session.
An important note: There is something called “Seamless Co-Op”. This means your own progress will continue even if you play in co-op.
Also, if you join someone who isn’t as far along in the story as you are, your own story will continue as you get together to where you were.
How do hunting gates work? You will always find hunting gates distributed throughout the game world. You can use them to select the appropriate Kemono that you want to hunt. Then the game searches for a suitable session for you.
What is the requirement for co-op? In order to play with others, you must first have completed the tutorial. Depending on how fast you are, you can do it in 15-20 minutes. If you have the opportunity to build your first campfire, nothing stands in the way of multiplayer.
Is crossplay supported in Wild Hearts? You can play the game on the different consoles Xbox X/S and PS5, on PC, on the Origin, Steam and Epic Games Store platforms. Crossplay is supported and you have the opportunity to go hunting together with others. Up to a total of 3 people can play together.
