(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Installationsborn in 1992 with over 30 years of experience as a System Integrator in the ICT (Information & Communication Technology) & Audio Video sectors with particular regard to video communication & UCC (Unified Communication & Collaboration) solutions, with reference to the VAT credit indicated in the financial statement dossier 2022, informs that on 2 May 2023 the 2023 VAT Model referring to the 2022 tax period was presented to the Revenue Agency with approval of conformity for Euro 1,155 thousand, of which Euro 555 thousand to be taken to offsetting or deducting from other taxes and Euro 600 thousand to be reimbursed.
In order to reduce the time needed to release the latter amount, today the Company signed with one of its banking partners
of reference the transfer without recourse for the total amount requested as reimbursement.
The nature of the VAT credit can be traced back to the increase in turnover referring to customers who operate under the “split payment” regime and to the growing volume of foreign sales linked to the ECommerce division which do not generate debit VAT for the Company.
The Company has received from the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (MIMIT) the concession of the Tax Credit, for an amount of Euro 228,617.
The benefits of the operations – explains the company – will positively reflect on the half-year results, the approval of which is scheduled, as per the financial calendar, for 28 September 2023.
