The municipality worked on the plan for two years together with residents, entrepreneurs and property owners. The concept states that there should be 2,500 new homes (apartments) and 55,500 square meters of facilities. For example, there will be a Mercado, a place where, according to the municipality, buying and selling, eating and meeting are central.
