(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Planetela company active in the telecommunications sector and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, ha completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Trivenet, which took place through the purchase of 100% of the shares held by Finvis. Trivenet is a telecommunications operator based in Veneto and present in particular in the provinces of Padua, Treviso and Vicenza. The operation was announced on June 14th.
The total consideration – subject to a positive or negative price adjustment mechanism – is approximately 0.75 million euro, of which 0.4 million (53%) has already been paid at the closing, while the remaining 47% it will be paid following the subscription by Finvis of a Planetel capital increase reserved for it.
Trivenet mainly serves business category customers and recorded – as at 31 December 2022 – a turnover of 2.892 million euros, an EBITDA of 0.459 million euros and a negative Net Financial Position of 1.297 million euros.
