(Finance) – The group Camfincontrolled by Marco Tronchetti Provera, has purchased shares Pirellian Italian tire manufacturer which is part of the FTSE MIB, equal to approximately lo 0.38% of the capital in the past few days.
In particular, according to what emerges from a series of internal dealingCamfin purchased on 4 October 1.18 million shares of Pirelli (0.12% of the capital), on 3 October 1.2 million shares (0.12% of the capital) and on 7 October 1, 4 million shares (0.14% of the capital).
The purchases, added to the 2.5% purchased at the beginning of the month as part of the disposal of the entire stake held by Brembo, bring the overall participation of Camfin in Pirelli at quota 25.7% about.
