(Finance) – In relation to the treasury share purchase programme, Piquadro announced that he had purchasedbetween September 11 and 15, 2023, in the aggregate 14,288 treasury shares at the average price of 2.3394 euros, for one countervalue equal to 33,425.52 euros.
Following the purchases communicated, considering the treasury shares already in the portfolio, as of 15 September the Italian leather goods manufacturer holds 2,223,022 treasury shares equal to 4.4460% of the share capital.
